Nice service, delicious pastries. Unfortunately, the outside tables are in the shade in the morning. But depending on the season, that can also be an advantage.

Fulll House there at the moment and the service is rotating. The cafe tastes good and so does the cake. At times you have to stand outside in the queue, but are rewarded afterwards with an acceptable offer. Only "I have to owe you something" because of the lack of change on several days causes some inner displeasure. clear visit recommendation

With the extremely unfriendly service, the rolls get stuck in your throat. Everyone has a bad day, but that was really inappropriate. Thank you for letting us buy rolls from you, even if we didn't have the money. And sorry that we dared look at the display for another 10 seconds. It was really helpful to yell past us and "ask" the next guest in.

Coffee and cake ok. Soft ice cream not recommended. Tastes like something out of the chemistry kit. The saleswoman (slim, blond, around her late 30s) has not yet heard from service. Without exception, every guest was treated unfriendly, the lady should look for a new job that is free from the public!

You should definitely try the Brockentorte, it is very tasty. Big pieces. Coffee and cappuccino could be improved.

The sandwiches are freshly prepared and, together with the coffee, they are delicious and you can sit comfortably inside and strengthen yourself extensively before a hike. Urgent recommendation for anyone who does not want to challenge the “house kite” of the waitress: the dish return is a bit hidden next to the front door. If you don't see them (or someone else is standing in front of them and hiding them) and you are the only guest in the café who allows yourself to leave the dishes at the table, ... better not try them out.

We had breakfast there and did some shopping in between. Very nice staff. Everything great.

We go every year, at least once to Schierke to the Brockenbäcker, to have breakfast and enjoy coffee and cake in the afternoon. The staff is always friendly. The selection of everything is plentiful.

Five stars means that we were extremely satisfied with the rich, delicious breakfast and the very modernly equipped accommodation. Thank you for the friendly service and hospitality.

Cozy little cafe (& baker). The homemade cake was delicious tasted the coffee / cappuccino was average. Pie pieces were very large and the price top. Perfect for stopping off after the descent from Brocken. Is located on a main road, but at the back the view is ok.

Right now I am eating the best chocolate tart I ever had. Not to sweet not to harsh. Personal is very helpful and nice. 5/5 would eat here again. It's not to pricey.
